Port of Loading in Russia. Tuapse, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Kandalaksha, Novorossiysk, Kholmsk, Astrakhan, Korsakov, Murmansk at sellers choice.

Delivery 15-20 days after receipt of IDLC.
AQSIQ and Radiation certificates available

PROCEDURES
On confirmation of acceptance by Email and subject to contract
NCND/IMFPA completed and exchanged by all parties
1. Seller issues SCO Soft Corporate Offer to buyer.
2. ICPO with soft probe based on this soft offer format
3. Seller issues FCO to buyer.
4. Buyer signs and returns FCO with letter of acceptance to seller.
5. Seller issues sales/purchase draft contract open for amendments.
6. Upon agreement of the details on sales/purchase contract, seller and buyer exchange sign and seal contract via Email, with hard copies by courier.
7. Seller legalizes and pays for registration of signed contract with Russian Chamber of Commerce and industry, Ministry of Energy & Russian Railway Company respectively in charge of transporting the goods from sellers yard to port of loading, and provides receipts of all payments to cover all taxes and any additional charges for goods being shipped.
