Instruction for use of oxygen analyzer

1.applied range:

It is used for analyzing the purity of oxygen in respirator machine of medical treatment and anesthesia machine and oxygen concentrator and high-pressure oxygen house and the nursing case keeping infant .

2.the principle of oxygen analyzer

Instrument sensor is electrochemistry diaphragmatic positron. It makes use of platinum negatron and silver and silver chloride as electrolyte.

Diaphragmatic material is polyethylene film which chooses the permeating oxygen .

Electrode current is proportional to content of oxygen in the gas. Through modulus conversion and coding drive, it indicates the content of oxygen by LCD screen.

Instruction for use

1.connection of the attached:

connect one end of the electric pole to the rubber tube of the filter and the other end to the balloon tube.. take off the balloon tube in normal pressure.

2.location the analyzer:

locate the analyzer in the fresh air. Turn on the button to No.50, and stabilize for 3mins, when turned on, the numbers in the LCD decreases from more to less(21),which is normally balances of the electric pole , if LCD doesn’t display 21 or so, press the balloon 2-3times to take in the fresh air till the display of 21.0 or so in LCD. Then plug the filter to the outlet oxygen concentrator to measure the purity of oxygen.

Methods 2:

Locate the analyzer in the air with relative humidity, it is more precision.

Operation of methods is like methods 1.but when you calibrate it, you should correct calibration. If the relative humidity of gas tested is close to the relative humidity of air calibration, it can be 20.9. if the humidity of gas tested is below 10%,please correct the data as follows: when the relative humidity of air is over 95%, please correct it to be 20.5, when it is 85%, correct it to be 20.7,when it is 60%,correct it to be 20.8, when it is below 30%, it can be correct to be 20.9. or the humidity is below 1%, it can correct to be 21.0.

Standard methods:

Use the standard methods for calibration. When standard flow adjust between 200 and 500 ml/min, connect to electric pole, turn onthe button to NO21. after 3 mins ,the display screen indicates the standard of air .when the oxygen purity is over 50%, the oxygen purity calibrate 99.6%
