免气压助焊剂喷雾机

传统的助焊剂喷雾机必须自己配备空气压缩机，油水分离等外围设备，给使用者造成不必要的麻烦，喷雾效果难以控制，而且在使用过程中因为压缩空气里面存在有水分，助焊剂在压缩空气带动喷涂至PCB板面时同时将压缩空气中的水分喷涂在PCB板面上，从而导致焊接的焊点出现气孔、炸锡等不良状况出现。当工厂同时使用的压缩气体的量不同时导致压缩空气的压力出现变动时，喷雾机的喷头压力也就产生波动，助焊剂的流量和雾化的状况均会出现波动，从而导致焊点的品质无法控制。免气压助焊剂喷雾机经科学设计，让使用者使用简便，并能轻易达到所需效果，操作简单，极具人性化，具有六大优点：
