Meanwhile,many beer breweries use lots of recovered bottles for the sake of saving resources, cutting down the production cost and improving the product competitiveness. Since recovered bottles are piled up outdoors for a long term in an extremely adverse environment and their cleaning has been using underground water, some recovered bottles suffer frommold, cement, water, oil, rust and paint stainsas well as dirt and filth and have not been cleaned thoroughly after times of turnover in the bottle washing machine, let alone soaking in high-concentration alkali solution or brushing by hand; as a result, theinherent and appearance quality of beer are severely impaired andthe customer complaint rate stays a high level. 一、喷雾式啤酒瓶预洗机的工作及清洁原理：

I. Working and cleaning principles of beer bottle spray pre-washing machine:

喷雾式预洗机安装：单喷嘴及双喷嘴预洗机安装在脏瓶检出回洗瓶机输送链道上，多喷嘴预洗机安装在卸箱机出口洗瓶机进口的进瓶链道上。工作原理：瓶子在输送带上移动，信号感应后喷嘴即对准瓶口进行喷射，做到过一瓶喷一瓶，确保清洗剂消耗量最低。其清洁原理：以压缩空气为动力，利用气体与清洗剂在喷嘴内腔混合雾化，将喷嘴对准瓶口直接雾化喷射，确保清洗剂雾气在瓶内均匀分布于每个角落，使清洗剂与啤酒瓶内表面的霉斑、水垢、油污、沉淀物等污垢进行反应，达到清洗去污的效果。

Installation of spray pre-washing machine: Single- and double-nozzle pre-washing machines are installed on the conveyor chain between dirty bottle pickup and the bottle washing machine and multi-nozzle one on the bottle incoming chain at the outlet of unpacker and the inlet of bottle washing machine. Working principle: As bottles move on the conveyer belt, once the machine senses the signal, the nozzle will jet to the bottle opening, managing to jet to every bottle passing by and ensuring the minimum consumption of cleaning agent. Cleaning principle: Powered by compressed air and with air and the cleaning agent mixed as spray in the nozzle chamber, the nozzle sprays on the bottle opening directly, to ensure the spray of cleaning agent to be distributed uniformly everywhere in the bottle and bring mold, water, oil, deposit stains on the internal surface of beer bottle and the cleaning agent into reaction, and further achieve the cleaning effects.
