RTX400型是第三代的高浓度臭氧监测仪器，内核采用德国最先进的气相臭氧传感芯片，将微处理器、精密模数数模转换技术及电子控制模块融合在一起。应用了自主研发的的平衡式双光路取样专利传感技术，无需参比气，即可实现精密准确测量的长期稳定性。在高浓度（高达400g/m3）的各种应用场合下，它理想地被用于测量工艺气体中的臭氧。

1、Overview
Ozone Monitor in type of RTX400 is the Third Generation with high-concentration, kernel adopts the most advanced gaseous phase sensor IC from German, integrate the microprocessor, precise module and analog-to-digital conversion technology with electrical control module. We applied sampling patent sensor technique of double light path in balanced type which researched and developed by ourselves, it can reach a long-term stability for precise and accurate measurement without reference gas. Under various application of high-concentration (as high as 400g/m3), it is ideally used in the measurement of ozone in process gas.
