Range of application:
Biocheck 3103 is used predominantly with cooling-,
industrial and washing waters in recooling plants
and air washers for the fighting of algae and bacteria.
Biocheck 3103 prevents and fights the formation
of algae growth in pipings, heat exchangers, venturi
washers, desintegrators, wet electrofilters and other
water bearing systems.
Characteristics:

Constitution: clear, colourless solution
Solubility: mixable in any ratio with water
pH-value(25°C): approx. 4,0
Density(25°C): approx. 1,02 g/cm3
Effect: Biocide
Dosage:
Biocheck 3103 can be dosed directly or with a with
water diluted solution. The dosage takes place 1 - 2
times a week in form of a shock dosage into the
circuit water. The desalting has to be closed during
the treatment. The standard usage amounts range
from 80 to 100 g/m depending ³ on the biological
strain. The addition should take place as a batch
dosage in a short period of approx. 30 to 60 minutes.
Procedure control:
The procedure control spans the examination of the
inhibition of the biological growth (bacterial numbers).
Safety hints:
The usual precautions with chemicals have to be
considered when handling Biocheck 3103.
