The company was founded in 2000. It is located in Shanghai Lingang industrial zone, near to the Baiyulan avenue. It is approximately at 15 km from the Shanghai Pudong International Airport and the Yangshan sea port.

The company covers an area of 25,000 m2, and the production workshop covers 20,000 m2.
